Aardvark Cycle provides custom aftermarket parts and modifications for Indian and Harley Davidson motorcycles in Lucas, Texas.
Aardvark Cycle was established in 1994 by Mark Trethewey as a direction to pursue a long-time passion in American motorcycling. What started as a word-of-mouth business eventually grew into a full-service, custom fabrication facility and even a local Indian dealership.
What I really liked was this statement in their "About us" section. (Please see the highlighted section).
"Aardvark Cycle has performed all types of motor and driveline work over the years, including the machine work necessary to support it. Over the years, we have built a number of show-winning and magazine-featured bikes for many of our clients. We are also very proud to have helped get several handicapped riders back in the saddle. Vietnam vets, accident victims, and other challenged friends have looked to Aardvark Cycle to help them enjoy life a little more."
I wish them the very best in this endeavor..

Skeleton Bike
This is one of the unusual, bizarre yet praise worthy customization that I have come across. A masterpiece in its' own way; this Skeleton bike is the creation of John Farr and aptly named as “The Crypt”.
Crypt uses Grade 2 titanium for frame and it is indeed a cryptic beauty!!
Creator: John Farr (www.thecryptcycles.com/) and the photographer to add more "life" to this skeleton bike is Stephen Moore. Thanks to Stephen for permitting me to use these images here. More images can be viewed at (www.shmoore.com)

F3DM - World's First Plug-in Hybrid Car

BYD (Build Your Dreams) – the Chinese automobile company is the World’s first automaker to have released the first mass-produced hybrid electric car.
F3DM – the world’s first mass-produced plug-in hybrid car can be charged from the power-points at home as well as in specialised electric car charging stations.
BYD’s F3DM can run 100kilometres on a full battery and at current rate would cost around $22,000 as per the media release.
When the big and powerful western car makers are on the brink of “extinct” BYD’s F3DM has come as a new wave in the unconventional energy cars. Incidentally BYD happens to be promoted by Warren Buffet an American!!

Rhoades Car -The 4-Wheel bike that drives like a Car!

Rhoades car is into 4-Wheeled cycles.
They have some attractive range including electric powered versions.
The designs are catchy and seem to be purpose oriented. Rhoades has options for One Passenger, two passenger coup, two passenger long frame, four passenger, and "GoBoy" - the pedal powered transport truck, pedalcab, taxi.
Above picture is one of my favourite product of their's!
